Yesterday we were practicing vocational English conversation with mainframe for about three hours. I think it was a lot of fun and it was simply awesome. 
I was talking about CSS3, my private project, frameworks, and symfony. These hours gave me a lot of confidence, my English has got a lot more fluent.
